This policy covers the LX AI product suite (GotoDeck, AIActRadar, AgentRedTeam, PolicyForge — together, "the Service"). The Service is operated by Xingliang Li, an individual developer (Individual / Sole Proprietor, China). Contact: lixingliangsy@163.com.

• Account data: email address and subscription status (provided by our payment provider, Waffo).
• Usage data: the uploads, configuration and logs needed to deliver the compliance analysis you request.
• Payment data: handled by Waffo as Merchant of Record. We never store full card numbers.

2. How we use it

To provide, maintain and improve the Service; to send essential subscription notices; and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

3. Data sharing

We share data only with processors that are necessary to run the Service (for example our payment provider Waffo and our cloud host), and only what is required to fulfil it. We do not sell your personal data for marketing purposes.

4. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email lixingliangsy@163.com.

We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls.
