Refund Policy

This policy covers paid subscriptions for LX AI micro-SaaS tools listed on lxsaihub.com. The Service is operated by Xingliang Li (Individual / Sole Proprietor). Payments are processed by Waffo as Merchant of Record. Contact: lixingliangsy@163.com.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings with the payment provider, or by emailing lixingliangsy@163.com. After cancellation is confirmed, no further renewal charges are made. You keep access until the end of the period already paid.

2. Refunds

Because tools are digital and usable immediately after purchase, refunds are handled case by case. If a tool is unavailable, materially fails its stated job, or you were charged in error, email support within 7 days of the charge with the order/session reference. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method via Waffo.

3. What is not refundable by default

• Change of mind after substantial use of the tool during the paid period.
• Requests made after the billing period has ended and renewed.
• Issues caused by third-party outages outside LX control, unless the tool remains unusable for a prolonged period.

4. How to request

Email lixingliangsy@163.com with: product name, approximate purchase date, and a short description of the issue. We typically reply within two business days.
